  • Track the status of your orders.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After order is placed & payment authorization

  • We confirm receipt and starts processing the order
  • You will receive an email containing all order details.
  • You will be notified when we ship the item(s) with shipping details & tracking no.

How do I pay for an Artis purchase?

Artis offers multiple payment methods such as:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) We accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards. Our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

Do the following at checkout

  • Enter card number, expiry date, 3-digit CVV number
  • When redirected to bank’s secure page, enter online password for order completion.

Are there any hidden charges (any taxes) when I make a payment?

  • No, there are no hidden charges. Once the payment is made it is full and final.
  • There are shipping charges on all orders which gets included in your final payment.

What is a secure password?

The secure passwords are generated by you and known only to you. It has been done in order to ensure an additional security when you make an online payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • The buyer can cancel any order, provided it has not been dispatched.
  • The buyer cannot cancel anything made to order/customized since all such items are manufactured specifically against the buyer’s order.
  • The buyer should use their own credit card. The liability of fraudulent card use will be on the buyer and onus to 'prove otherwise' rests exclusively on the buyer.
  • Once the order has been cancelled, the buyer will receive the refund within four weeks. It will be made to the same payment option(s) used to pay for the order.
  • For Credit Card/Net-Banking payments, refund will be into the same account.

What is your return policy?

To ensure a great shopping experience, we offer a NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

  • You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging, for a refund.
  • No returns shall be accepted beyond a period of 7 days from the receipt of goods. Please contact our customer care before initiating returns.
  • In cases of receipt of damaged condition or missing contents, the buyer must inform Company Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery of the product. If the buyer is unable to do so, he/she would be deemed to have waived all claims in respect of the damaged, missing, tampered goods.
  • Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped.
  • If return is due to any act/oversight/negligence of the buyer and not the company, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will not be refunded.

How will I receive my refund?

How do I return an item?

  • The cost of returns shall be borne by the customer.
  • Artis will refund the cost of the returned item to the buyer after inspection of goods.
  • In some cases, reverse pick-up may be organized by Artis depending upon the location. Before accepting any shipment, kindly ensure the packaging is not damaged/tampered.
  • If it is, the buyer should refuse to accept delivery and contact customer care with details of the order number.
  • When we receive the returned goods, the product will be inspected after which a replacement will be provided or a refund issued.

How do I replace an item?

Our customer service team will first confirm it and then the buyer will be required to hand over the defective item to the logistic partner in the same condition as received.

How long will it take to process my refund request?

Expected refund time is within four weeks. You will be notified via email about details of the refund. It will be made via the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

What is shipping policy?

  1. Orders are shipped through FedEx.
  2. All in stock products would be shipped in 2-3 days of placing the order.
  3. Products not readily available in stock would be shipped within 7 working days. Any delays will be communicated in advance.
  4. Artis holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company in 2/3 working days of order placement and payment receipt. It will not be liable for delivery delays by the courier company.
  5. All orders would be delivered only to the registered postal address of the buyeras mentioned in debit/credit card details, unless the alternate delivery address is mentioned at the time of order placement.
